Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Commercial Lines Account Executive to their Acentria team in Boca Raton, FL.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of prior insurance experience with Residential Condominium and Homeowners Associations. The Account Executive interacts and provides professional support to clients and team members. This position also performs all other duties required to establish, service, and maintain accounts.

Essential Functions:

• Works with team to develop marketing strategy and may submit to market
• Prepares new/renewal proposals
• Monitors and updates open items checklists/timelines
• Reviews contracts, recommends carrier transfer, and checks for lender compliance
• Communicates with producer and team regarding client
• Primary contact with client, besides producer
• Uses independent judgement to conceptualize solutions for client needs
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, carriers and other team members through the daily service of endorsements and general coverage questions

Competencies & Qualifications: 

• Strong organizational, multitask, motivational, problem solving, detail oriented, verbal, written, and self-discipline skills
• Proficient in insurance agency management software (EPIC) and Microsoft products

Education & Experience:

• Florida 2-20 P&C insurance license 
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 years of prior insurance experience with Residential Condominium and Homeowners Associations.
• Strong in Association Risks
• EPIC experience a plus
