At FBM we believe in doing business with integrity and being the Company of Choice for both our customers and our team.Come build your career with an exciting and growing organization within the building products industry!Essential Branch Administrator Functions/Qualifications/Education:Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.Greet and direct visitors.Daily invoicing of outgoing material shipments to customers.Submits credit card receipts for approval using Concur expense management software.Provides callers with information such as company locations, website and other related information.Receives and distributes incoming mail.Prepares shipping lables and coordinates the pcik-up of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc)Must have 2 years of office/administrative experienceExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Teamwork oriented attitude.Detail oriented and ability to multi-taskExcellent organization skills and attention to details. Must be efficient, organized, and resourcefulMust be proactive and have the ability to work independently.Proficient knowledge of basic software applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.Support our company values in the stated areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers.Other duties may be assignedCOMPENSATION / BENEFITS: This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits that will be located in our branch in Bronx, NY.
