The Concierge Supervisor will coordinate all concierge and front desk activities under the direction of the Property Manager with the goal of increasing occupancy, retention, and resident satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will have a strong customer service and communication skills with a minimum of three years experience in hospitality and / or residential concierge service.
