Opportunity:
Foulger Pratt is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal and/or Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Paralegal and/or Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and overseeing various legal projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating closing checklists and tasks, facilitating due diligence, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between different departments.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with management to understand project requirements and objectives and serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries.
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor projects progress, identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between teams and clients.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents and materials.
  • Generate regular status reports to update the executive team on project milestones and outcomes.
  • Problem solve project flow issues based on internal processes.
  • Maintain internal electronic databases with organizational information (e.g. organizational documents and digital closing binders)
