- Actively participates in the creation and management of the master schedule and look-ahead schedule.
- Reviews and annotates subcontractor tickets with the superintendent.
- Directs and supervises work for “minor trade” subcontractors as assigned by the project manager and/or superintendent.
- Actively participates in the punchout process.
- Actively participates in opening and closing the job site as directed by the superintendent.
- Contributes to and maintains daily photo records for projects including creation of albums and proper labeling of photos.
- Participates in safety observations and inspections. Initiates safety violation notifications.
- Actively participates in all meetings including pre-install, Owner, subcontractor meetings.
- Manage general process/paperwork requirements of the project site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry and/or participation in a relevant internship program.
- Strong interest in the built environment.
- Awareness of building codes, OSHA and applicable local safety regulations, and procedures.
- Demonstrate ability to manage and effectively lead project team for discrete portion of a project.
- Must be able to successfully meet the requirements of a pre-employment selection assessment (CMA Assessment), and background check.
