Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations and management of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and develop new employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and company policies
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it will help in effectively communicating with diverse customers
- Manage shifts and ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities
- Handle cash register and perform cash management duties, including opening and closing procedures
- Assist in sales management by monitoring sales targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase sales
- Support store management in various tasks such as inventory management, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Experience in shift management, ensuring smooth operations during assigned shifts
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of employee orientation processes to onboard new team members
- Cash handling experience, including opening and closing procedures for cash registers
- Sales management experience, including monitoring sales targets and implementing strategies to drive sales growth
- Store management experience is a plus, including inventory management and visual merchandising
