We are looking for self-motivated, energetic, fun individual who is interested in learning from the center owner and grow into a FT manager of this facility. Position will start as part-time/hourly, but has potential to transition to a FT/salary position in as soon as 90 days depending on how quickly training is completed. We estimate 6 months to fully train for management of this center.

We are a small, family owned business. We know our customers by name and work hard to build strong client relationships and to provide exceptional customer service at ALL times. We will be taking our time finding the right person for this position. We don't expect to hire for at least 30 days and there may be up to 3 interviews before a decision is made.

Management expeirence is preferred, however we are willing to work with someone without management experience if some college has been completed and there is at least 2-3yrs customer service experience. We consider this position an "entry level" position, however it could also be perfect for someone with management experience who is retired or looking for PT.

- Must possess basic computer skills (Excel, email, coordinate/schedule member appointments, payments processing, etc)

- Be familiar with general health and wellness

- Successfully complete training (online and practical)

- Have excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills

- must be willing to assist in keeping facility clean and presentable.

- Be proactive and flexible; a team player; must be coachable and willing to learn; must work well with other staff and take direction from senior coaches.

-PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Must be able to occasionally lift items up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for the majority of your shift.
-must be flexibile to work 9-10hr days 1 or 2 days a week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
