- Consult with client to review job descriptions and understand position for recruiting
- Actively source, recruit, interview and present candidates
- Utilize various social media forums to develop job seeker and company connections
- Develop and maintain recruiting partnerships in the community

Education and Experience
- Associates degree or equivalent and 3 years of progressive experience within recruiting, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience, CSP Designation or willingness to obtain CSP is required.
