FORVIS is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Atlanta, GA
Overview
As a Marketing Manager, you will work strategically with the regional marketing director, office managing partner, regional industry leaders, and marketing & business development efforts to develop and demonstrate a solid understanding of top strategic growth opportunities. In conjunction with the Market Leader, you will create, own, and manage the practice unit’s strategic plan. You will drive various aspects of marketing, including marketing campaigns and strategies, growing name & brand recognition, external (client/prospect/referral source) event strategies, social media, advertising, trade association & publications, project management, media relations, market and competition analysis, internal communication, and more. Each Marketing Manager will also have regional responsibilities and serve in a Regional Industry Marketing Leader role.
Responsibilities
How you will contribute:- Demonstrating a solid understanding of top strategic growth opportunities, initiatives, and services for marketing and business development opportunities
- Understanding, educating, and leveraging thought leadership activities including speaking opportunities, social media, articles, webinars, and videos
- Building relationships as well as attending and evaluating association and conference activities including memberships, logistics, sponsorships, and thought leadership opportunities
- Overseeing and generating ideas for FORVIS-hosted events including primary goals and objectives, location, target audience, session details, invitations, etc.
- Identifying target markets and prospects, providing ideas on how to best capitalize on the opportunity, and ensuring they are included in FORVIS systems
- Demonstrating the ability to think from the client’s perspective and understand best practices in marketing and advertising while adhering to FORVIS’ marketing philosophy
- Demonstrating an understanding of social media platforms, strategies, training resources, and activities, and assisting others
- Tracking, coordinating, and assembling to measure outcomes of marketing initiatives
- Potentially managing and developing other team members i.e., Regional Marketing Associate
- Serving as a Regional Industry Marketing Leader
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively convey information to others

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or another related field
- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer and software skills, including experience with Excel
- Leadership and business development experience
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- 7 years or more of experience
