Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:

• Represent the campus in a friendly and professional manner; greeting all visitors and callers
• Answer incoming calls and transfer to the correct person/department
• Track Admissions phone leads, input new leads into CampusVue
• Open the Campus
• Assist Admissions with creating files
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Manage refunds for vending machine errors
• Regular and reliable attendance

Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior office/receptionist experience
• Possess an upbeat and professional personality; team player
• Represent the campus in a professional yet friendly manner at all times/with all customers, personnel, vendors, and students
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all business records and information

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, afternoon/evening hours

Pay: This is an hourly position, $12/hr

Travel: No travel required
