The Office Coordinator assists with ensuring the site office runs efficiently and
smoothly from an administrative and team perspective. A successful Office
Coordinator is a detail-oriented, team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.
The Office Coordinator will work closely with all members of the project team (project managers, project engineers, superintendents, and project accountants).
Responsibilities
This person must be personable, organized and able to perform a variety of tasks. They must possess effective communication skills and have the ability to shift gears quickly between competing priorities. They must be customer service-oriented, flexible and have a passion for learning/taking on new responsibilities.
