Thank you for your interest in our open position. This person will directly manage the daily operations of our restaurant or concert bars, depending on the management schedule.

The concert bars and restaurant serve Symphony Center patrons, and are scheduled on an event basis. This role is a supporting supervisor role to our management team and reports to the General Manager and Beverage Director.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. Works with staff and serves guests for a smooth and delightful daily service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Collects and distributes daily information for restaurant or concert bar service.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Communicates with guests and resolves guest issues if they arise.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Sends out nightly recap email for management communication'
• Follows all protocol to open and close the outlet they are managing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Customer service experience.
