HR Business Partner Full Time Days Position Summary
Responsible for the strategic alignment of business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. Acts as an employee champion and change agent; assesses and anticipates HR-related needs; communicates needs proactively with the HR department and business management; and develops integrated solutions.
Responsibilities
THE HR BUSINESS PARTNER FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
Required: Minimum of five (5) years experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
