Front End Manager PT The PT Front-end Manager is responsible for thecash office, central checkouts and customer service areas of the store.Development and direction of the PT Front End Manager is paramount to providingexcellent customer service. Clear, concise communications with the Managers isessential. The Front-end Manger will train and cross train all cashiers toprovide acceptable levels of customer service, perform and execute all servicedesk and cashiering policies and procedures as outlined in the Cashier TrainingManuals as well as Cash Office functions. The Front-end Manager may carry keysto the store and open and close the building. Must be able to provide hands ontraining, multitask, evaluate and react to performance issues with strongcommunication, customer service and leadership skills. Evenings, weekends andthe ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business. · Physical requirements include; ability to walk and standcontinuously, bend and stoop. · Abilityto communicate effectively as it relates to speaking with customers and teammembers on all Forman Mills written policy and procedures, training materials,directives and any other materials Forman Mills produces.· Abilityto perform basic math functions in order to operate the register, make changeand conduct inventory.· Maybe required to lift up to 40 lbs. and on occasions up to 70 lbs. from floorlevel with adequate fitness level to meet the demands of frequent walking,standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and repetitive lifting with orwithout reasonable accommodation.
