Job Title: Rainscreen Production Manager

Reports To: Co-Founder Owner – Manufacturing and Factory Manager

Duties:

• Assist in design of projects
• Assist in submittals, approvals and mockups
• Assist in Procurement and inventory management.
• Assist in bid strategies
• Assist in business development strategies
• Assist in factory activities
• Oversee QAQC inspections of design documents conforming to specifications and drawings
• Oversee machine setups and maintenance
• Oversee fabrication and assembly of rainscreen systems
• Oversee packaging and crating of rainscreen systems
• Oversee production of rainscreen systems
• Oversee buildout of rainscreen production area
• Assist in field installation and field dimensions
• Assist and oversee training of new and existing employees for all phases of rainscreen systems.
• Oversee continuous education and R&D to make us the best

• Operate, program and maintain CNC equipment.
• Operate, program and maintain compressed air systems.
• Operate, program and maintain shears and folders
• Operate, program and maintain saws
• Be able to Form metal panels.
• Be able to assemble metal panels.
• Be able to operate hand tools and power equipment.
• Be able to learn and understand product and manufacturing workflow.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Keep tools organized and clean.
• Be able to build crates.
• Read, understand shop drawings, and build tickets.
• Be able to create and follow a schedule.
• Be able to pack and protect finished panels.
• Provide results that meet or exceed Forge quality standards.
• Maintain inventory levels in workstations.
• Have a strong knowledge of ACM and other rainscreen systems.
• Have good communication skills.
