Essential Functions
- Reading and understanding assembly drawings and dimensions
- Operate common hand power tools
- Maintenance of stock materials required for layout
- Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
- Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
- Report any machinery issues to management
- Follow production guidelines and specifications
- Operate Forklift within proper safety parameters
- Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
- Follow all written and verbal instructions
- Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Light welding as needed.
- Polishing of materials
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in a warehouse
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Able to work 8 hour shifts standing
- Flexible schedule and available to work weekends if necessary
- Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work overtime if needed or weekends.
- Willingness to always comply with all safety guidelines
- Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
- Maintenance, inventory, and forklift experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and administer multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
