Responsibilities of an Employee Concierge:

• Create and implement programs and activities to boost employee morale, job satisfaction, and overall engagement within the nursing home.
• Offer personalized assistance to employees, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to scheduling, benefits, and general support.
• Develop and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance and contributions.
• Administer surveys to assess employee satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Human Resources (HR) department to develop and implement effective strategies for employee retention.
• Act as a mediator to resolve employee grievances, conflicts, or complaints in a timely and fair manner.
• Track turnover rates and analyze trends to identify factors contributing to employee attrition and implement measures to reduce turnover.
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management, advocating for staff needs and communicating management decisions effectively.

Qualifications of an Employee Concierge:

• Previous experience in human resources, employee engagement, or a similar role within a healthcare or nursing home environment is advantageous.
• Responsible, ready, and eager to work
