Responsibilities of an Employee Concierge:

• Greet and assist employees with inquiries, requests, and information related to the facility.
• Coordinate employee services such as scheduling transportation, managing meal requests, and assisting with administrative needs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to address employee needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications of an Employee Concierge:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
• Responsible, ready, and eager to work
