In this role, you’ll lead the support teams within Information Technology (IT), and you’ll report to our co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer. 

This is a full-time, salaried role. 

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve the IT stack focused on leveraging best-in-class systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams to continuously streamline processes through the use of technology
• Lead our Help Desk team ensuring exceptional customer service
• Initiative, negotiate, and own relationships with IT vendors
• Design, execute, and manage the technology set up of physical office locations
• Equip our providers and operations teams with technology that enables them to focus on providing high quality care to our members

What you’ll bring

• Eight-plus years of relevant technical experience, including two-plus years in a leadership role
• Experience with cloud-based IT stacks built and maintained with a security and compliance-first approach
• Hands on, servant leadership style
• Comfort with contract negotiations and reviewing vendor agreements
• One to three years of experience collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups and prioritization of IT initiatives in the organization
• Experience working in healthcare (preferred) or other regulated environments (ISO27001, HIPAA, SOC2)
• Start-up experience
