Fordhams Cleaners is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Greensboro, NC
Small family dry cleaners is looking for a new opener. Must be kind, patient and reliable. You will begin welcoming customers at 7:30AM everyday Monday through Friday. Your primary responsibilities will be to handle drop offs and pick ups and to prepare orders for cleaning. As a team all members are expected to pitch in and help to accomplish our goal of providing excellent customer service in a pleasant work environment. Some experience in customer service and a basic working knowledge of computers is required. The opener is a key position and requires someone who is never late and rarely absent. The hours are 7:30AM to 1:00PM Monday through Friday. Must also be able to work at least one Saturday per month from 9:00AM till 2:00PM.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
