• 3 or more years of proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related role.
• Proficiency in billing software and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle billing discrepancies with diplomacy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
