Forbes Bros Group of Companies is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Highlands, CO

If you're looking for a part-time schedule to accommodate your family, look no further. Forbes Bros USA Inc. is seeking an Office Administrator (Part-time, Permanent) to support the administrative functions of our Office in Greenwood Village, CO.

The Office Administrator will work Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 1:00pm onsite at our office location in Greenwood Village, CO. You will be responsible for the administrative functions of the office and will function as the primary contact for all inquiries within Forbes Bros USA. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the administrative team in our Corporate Headquarters in Canada. The successful candidate will be accustomed to working in a professional office, have the ability to work autonomously, and posses' exceptional technology and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lives Forbes Bros. Group of Companies Core Values; we work hard, we work safe, we deliver solutions, we are family!
  • Manage daily administrative operations, including office upkeep, handling mail and deliveries, and consulting with property management as required.
  • Converse via email and Teams to various internal departments across North America.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding processes, including key card issuance, workstation setup, and allocation of necessary supplies.
  • Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, maintaining the meeting room calendar.
  • Utilize and manage virtual office tools and platforms (Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams).
  • Provide administrative support to corporate departments within North America.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure smooth functioning of office equipment.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Comply with internal policies and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks related to this function as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experienced in an office administration role in a professional environment.
  • Ability to multitask with little to no supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Friendly, polite, courteous people skills
  • Familiarity with a construction environment is an asset.
  • A diploma and/or certificate in business or office administration is an asset.
  • Notary certification is an asset (successful candidate may be sponsored for certification).
