Assistant Manager – Foot Solutions – Davie, FL NEW STORE OPENING!

Foot Solutions is a leading international retailer specializing in personalized assessments, stylish high-performance footwear and custom-crafted arch supports.

We have an opening for Assistant Manager position at our Davie location. You must bring some skills or experience in the shoe industry with you.

-Experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in retail

-Must have strong selling skills

-Must have a positive attitude and great people skills

-Knowledge of health and wellness footwear and/or other health and wellness products would be a huge plus. We are a highly service oriented “sit-and-fit” type footwear operation. Summary of Position:

Assist the Store Manager

• Provide excellent customer service to meet sales goals as set by the Company
• Assist in all Store operations per Company policy
• Maintain Store appearance to attract customers
• Assist in organizing, receiving, and transferring merchandise
• Payroll and Scheduling
• Inventory Maintenance
• Opening and Closing
• Marketing

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills to properly relate to customers, staff, supervisors, and Corporate Office
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Good training, supervisory and motivational skills
• Good problem resolution experience
• Effective computer and POS register abilities
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to use a ladder to access the stock
• Must have the stamina to work up to 40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule to accommodate retail hours 7 days per week

Salary: Guarenteed $23/hr for the first 90 days. After 90 days pay will be $20.00 per

hour commissions spiffs bonuses (typically $100-$250/week)
