Foot and Ankle Specialists is looking for a highly motivated medical assistant to join our team and work in our fast-paced, well-established clinic. You are not required to be a certified medical assistant, but some experience is preferred.

We are looking for a self-starter, someone who is reliable, a team player, dependable, and has excellent communication skills. Our staff will be highly competent, friendly, and strive to provide the best care possible to our patients.

Job Duties:

• Room and interview patients
• Manage electronic medical records and patient notes
• Assist with office procedures
• Stock exam rooms and prepare injections daily
• Send electronic prescriptions
• Take digital x-rays of the foot and ankle
• Clean exam rooms after each patient
• Weekly inventory and ordering products for the clinic
• Perform various hands-on tasks with patients and assist physician with tasks in the exam room
• Assist patients over the phone with questions they have
• Miscellaneous duties that arise throughout the day
• Provide overall support for our physicians and other office staff

Qualifications:

While you do not need to be certified as a medical assistant, these experiences preferred. You will be considered a strong candidate with the following:

• Hands-on patient experience
• Medical office experience

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
