Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our catering team. As a ched, you will be responsible for prepping and helping plate food at various events and functions. This is a dynamic role that requires strong knife skills, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and menus

- Assist with menu planning and development

- Ensure food is presented in an appealing manner

- Monitor food quality and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests

Requirements:

-Strong knife skills

- Previous experience in food preparation, catering, or restaurant management

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Strong culinary skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
