Food Management Search is Hiring a Human Resources Manager Near Louisville, MS
- Integrate HR processes with corporate guidelines and policies.
- Administer HR functions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and develop HR Assistant.
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Manage personnel files and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with disciplinary actions or terminations when necessary.
- Monitor HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR (or related field).
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
- SHRM-CP or SCP certification is required.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
