We are seeking a part-time professional accountant/bookkeeper to work 1-2 days per week, with negotiable hours. In this role, you will assist staff with various financial responsibilities, including federal and state reporting, working with charity CPA's, payroll duties, grant fund reconciliation reporting, and more.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in QuickBooks, exhibit reliable work attendance, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Retired CPA's or accountants are encouraged to apply!

Candidate should assist staff with financial responsibilities in regards to but not limited too:

· Federal and State reporting

· Working with associate charity CPA’s

· Working with auditor

· Depreciation Schedule

· Payroll duties

· Grant fund reconciliation reporting

· Bill payments

· Highly proficient in QuickBooks, exhibits reliable work attendance, and has proficient written/verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Negotiable
