LEAD WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE AND FORKLIFT DRIVER

The Lead Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator is responsible for ensuring that employees are actively working and following policies and procedures, products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner, that trucks are properly loaded, that inventory is tracked and maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld. 

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM until completion, usually no later than 6:30 PM 

Location: Marietta, GA 

Our Lead Warehouse Associates is a very important part of our business. They support our route drivers by ensuring that our products are properly stored within our warehouse and loaded on trucks in a safe and efficient manner. 

They also are responsible for: 

• Leading the warehouse staff in daily tasks and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

• Cleaning and refurbishing water coolers and coffee equipment 

• Loading and unloading of route delivery trucks and tractor-trailers 

• Palletizing product for route truck loading 

• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks in a safe manner 

• Taking care of products through proper handling and storage 

• Maintaining accurate counts for all the trucks loaded 

Qualifications 

• Must be 18 years of age or older 

• 3 years of warehouse experience

• Forklift operation experience

• Must have the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly 

A clean driving record is a plus.
