Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the Director of Front Office on the planning, directing, and managing the Front Office operations to ensure high quality standards and services and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of four years relevant education and experience.

• Five years of Front Office Management experience in a high volume, complex environment preferred. 

• Thorough knowledge of front office concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
• Effective leadership, supervisory, and management skills.
• Budgeting and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, management, and staff.
