Fon Jon Pet Care Center is a small business in in San Diego, CA. We are a professional pet care company and our goal is to provide excellent service to the San Diego pet community as we have continued to do for over 70 years.
Our work enviornment is unique as we constantly have new and fun pets to see every day! From daily daycare pups todogs and cats boarding for the weekend! We also have a facility cat, Jojo!
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Experience in sales is a PLUS!
**Duties:**
- Greet guests and provide them with key information about our services
- Check-in and check-out pets efficiently
- Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Operate phone systems, make reservations, and manage online booking platforms
- Collaborate with oback of house to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
**Skills:**
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Experience with front desk receptionist is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software
- Strong guest service orientation and excellent guest relations skills
This position offers a unique opportunity to work in the pet care industry with amazing clients and even more amazing dogs and cats! Pay: $19.13 - $20.07 per hour
