FOCUS is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Kaukauna, WI

- Collecting, tracking, and managing delinquent accounts
- Properly scan, upload and file all 5 day legal notices to delinquent resident’s online portal
- Accurately post all necessary paperwork to file an eviction
- Basic understanding of the legal requirements as they are related to property management
- Partnering with the legal team on any lease violations
- Ability to create payment plans, receive and enter receipts into the system
- Answering phone calls from residents and helping to problem solve issues
- Partnering with other departments on a project basis
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and monthly communication
- Communicate effectively with all residents through email, phone and text to help answer questions, and diffuse situations when needed
- Manage spreadsheets on a daily basis to ensure accuracy with scheduling timeframes
- Utilize our system to log, track and efficiently process all documentation
