Underthe supervision of the Senior Director of Business Development and PatientEngagement, this position is responsible for helpingcreate representations of Focus Treatment Centers to the public. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial rolein shaping the visual aspects of various marketing campaigns. This individualwill be responsible for creating engaging designs according to requirements,across different types of media. The goal is to inspire and attract our targetaudience, effectively communicating our program's values and services. 1. Design and produce social media adsaccording to a predetermined schedule. 2. CreateGoogle Display ads that capture attention and convey our message effectively. 3. Developmarketing collateral for direct mailings, including brochures, holiday cards,and more. 4. Designprint ads and other online advertisements that align with our brand andmarketing strategy. 5. Editexisting marketing materials as needed and manage re-orders when necessary. 6. Collaboratewith outside creative teams on outsourced ads, including but not limited tolisting websites, website banners, email campaign ads, and all print ads. 7. Designcaptivating email blasts for our opt-in subscribers, ensuring content isengaging and aligned with our marketing goals. 8. Support the Focus marketing team throughparticipation in team meetings and accept opportunities to support the teamwith special assignments. 9. Maintain collaborative working relationship withinternal Focus staff as well as staff from key competitors, as appropriate. 10.
