Focal Point Eye Care is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Baton Rouge, LA

Focal Point Eye Care is a boutique optometry practice located on Highland Road. Our mission is to deliver a memorable customer experience though advanced technology and impeccable service. We use modern equipment to conduct precise eye exams and our optical features a fashionable selection of high-end designer eyewear.

We are looking for an administrator to join our small business. Responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, communicating with patients via phone and text, verifying patient insurance, and maintaining the cleanliness of the office. Applicants must possess good communication skills, phone etiquette, professional appearance, a friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn. Experience in a similar role in an optometric or medical setting is preferred.

Pay begins at $12/hour and will be based on experience.

We are accepting full- and part-time applicants. Applicants must be willing to work weekdays plus one Saturday per month.
