FLS Connect welcomes all conservatives that have worked in outbound sales, outbound fundraising sales, or outbound collections! We do remote political fundraising for the Republican Party, conservative candidates, and committees.

Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience is needed to apply.
You just need your own computer, USB headset, web camera, wired internet (Ethernet Cord) NO WI-FI, and a quiet workspace.
All fundraisers, no matter their location, are required to have, and work in a quiet, uninterrupted, undistracted workspace. It is a vital requirement and policy to ensure we’re giving our client(s) the most professional experiences when speaking with their clients/members as outlined in our contracts. This is not a bring your child to work role.
Job Types: Full-time ONLY
Rate of Pay: Weeks 1-3 of the Training / Orientation period will be: $ 11.00 hr. (or state minimum wage if higher)
· $16.00 per hour base pay after successfully completing your 3 weeks of orientation Period.
