At CIMTEC a Territory Manager develops and maintains business relationships with decision makers and purchasing influencers within an assigned territory. A CIMTEC Territory Manager understands the desired customer outcome and develops pursuit strategies in order to profitably grow a portfolio of products & services designed to help increase the productivity and profitability of customer plants. This is a field sales job that requires a self-motivated, ambitious, technical person who enjoys solving problems and growing a business. The territory is East/West VA located in Richmond VA. RequirementsMaintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all CIMTEC Product Lines and Services; including but not limited to FESTO, SICK, Universal Robots, Epson Robots, Emerson Automation and LMIDevelop forecasts and execute upon sales plans to achieve company and individual goals.Manage and maintain excellent relationships and identify, develop and close new business opportunities with new and existing customers.Prospect and develop new customers who are a good fit for CIMTEC products and solutions.Maintain accurate account records within Salesforce (CIMTEC CRM) ResponsibilitiesThis position is accountable for the promotion and sale of a broad range of technical products/solutions/services under the direction of the VP of Sales. Develops new sales opportunities / accounts and addresses and services the needs of established accounts. Utilizes excellent products/solutions/services and customer knowledge to educate customers on pricing and application advantages, and how they meet customer's needs. Here is a basic rundown of the position:Leads CIMTEC sales within a defined territoryDevelops new sales opportunities pipeline in existing accounts.
