Flow Automotive Companies is offering our Automotive Management Internship to a select number of students. Interns will spend the summer with us in Winston-Salem, NC rotating through key positions at our dealerships and have the opportunity to meet with members of our leadership team. This is a seasonal paid position and housing is provided.

Below are the positions that our Automotive Management Interns will rotate through:

• Parts Associate - Our parts teams provide customers with the automotive parts and accessories they need to repair and maintain their vehicles in an efficient and timely manner. They are organized, process-oriented and courteous with customers.
• Service Advisor - Our service teams prioritize trust and execute processes with excellence while meeting performance expectations. When customers bring their vehicles to Flow for maintenance and repair we want employees who will guarantee an exceptional experience.
• Product Delivery Specialists/Sales - Our sales teams are dedicated to providing an exemplary car buying experience and creating lifelong, enthusiastic customers. We offer award-winning products through a consultative and non-confrontational selling approach.
• Management - Our interns will spend time with service managers, finance managers, sales managers and general managers gaining exposure to what is required to run a successful dealership.

Preferences:

• Business Administration students in their junior or sophomore year
• 3.2 GPA Minimum
• Applicants who work well in a customer facing, team oriented and fast paced environment
