Flow Automotive Companies is seeking a Marketing Loyalty Coordinator

Job Description:
The Flow Automotive Loyalty Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer loyalty and engagement within the dealership group. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives aimed at retaining existing customers and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and understand customer needs and preferences.
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
• Plan and execute customer engagement events and activities to increase customer awareness and participation in the loyalty program.
• Monitor and analyze program performance, making necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align loyalty efforts with broader company objectives.
• Generate regular reports on loyalty program performance and customer engagement efforts.
• Assist in training and support dealership staff on customer engagement and loyalty program best practices.
• Work closely with service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Loyalty Marketing, or related fields, is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events and initiatives.
