Description

Responsible for managing all aspects of color book creation and color sales tool support. Ensures accurate and usable color drawdowns for color books. Prioritizing and managing the sales support request fulfillments (Tropicrete boards, architectural items, color chips, and samples).

Duties & Responsibilities

· Ensure that the completed color book meets the company standards.

· Manage the color book department's daily workflow.

· Creating Drawdowns (physical color samples)

· Labeling drawdown samples with the name and scheme numbers

· Retrieving Quarts/Gallons from storage areas

· Tinting paint

· Check that the color matches and ensure the correct color goes into the builder books.

· Cutting and gluing of schemes for color books

· Other duties as assigned and necessary

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent experience

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test successfully 

· Understand processes, rules, and requirements for successful projects

· Flexibility and on-the-fly shifting of priorities will be required to support sales needs

· Intrinsically motivated, must work well alone and with a team

· Time management and organizational skills

· Must be able to work quickly and efficiently

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Dedication to customer satisfaction

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Must be able to multitask and prioritize

· Keep a clean and organized workspace

Physical Requirements

· Standing for extended periods of time

· Lifting of paint samples, boxes, and color tools up to 50lbs regularly

· Use of a ladder and some stair climbing to access the product

· Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and twist

· Good vision
