Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary care services to adult patients, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, conducting physical examinations, and prescribing medications. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and providing appropriate medical care and treatment under the supervision of the physicians of the practice.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatmentplans.
• Administeringmedications, treatments, and therapies as per established protocols.
• Educating patients and their families about health management and preventive care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Skills:
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to provide high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and their families
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records

Education:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
