Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Agent to join our growing team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing commercial customers, analyzing insurance needs, and selling insurance policies to clients. This opportunity is perfect for individuals with strong sales and networking skills and a passion for helping businesses. This position is hybrid with an office in St. Pete Beach.

Responsibilities:
- Market insurance products to potential clients through various channels such as telemarketing, referrals, and networking
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies based on their individual circumstances
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with underwriters on behalf of clients
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
- Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related sales and networking field
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Detail-oriented & organizational skills
