• Picking Perfection: Exercise your meticulous attention to detail as you ensure every item on the picking list is fulfilled, documented, and signed off on, maintaining unparalleled accuracy and control.

• Time Management Maestro: Seamlessly juggle multiple tasks to ensure orders are shipped out on time, every single day, before the 4 pm cutoff time for most shipments.

• Shopify Savvy: Bring your Shopify prowess to the table to mark and scan orders for inventory availability and provide status updates with finesse.

• Inventory Innovation: Collaborate with Chris to update the website with product inventory, manage end-of-life products, and handle discontinued items like a true inventory virtuoso.

• Supply Chain Superhero: Keep our inventory flowing smoothly by performing daily inventory adjustments, managing drop shipments, and developing a check-in/check-out program for all FDS demo inventory.

• Drone Dreamer (Wish List): Dare to dream as you potentially develop and manage a cutting-edge drone rental program for customers across the US.

• Purchase Order Pro: Take charge of creating purchase orders for needed inventory and keep a vigilant eye on daily inventory levels across all suppliers, identifying and rectifying weak points in the supply chain.

• Sales Support Specialist: Collaborate with the sales team to gather intelligence on potential large orders, ensuring smooth sailing even with longer-than-average lead times.

• Customer Communication Champion: Keep our customers in the loop by promptly communicating any delays, backorders, or mistakes, providing unparalleled service every step of the way.

• Inventory Integrity Inspector: Receive inventory shipments, meticulously recording them and documenting serial numbers into our operating system to maintain flawless records.

• Supplier Liaison: Ensure smooth sailing with our suppliers by managing outstanding balances through Michael, preventing any delays in shipments.

• Gear Guardian: Show our demo gear some love by cleaning, inspecting, and performing firmware updates on a weekly basis, ensuring it's always ready for action.

Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
