Estrella Dispatch Inc in Fort Myers, FL is looking for one logistics coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and maintain delivery routes for optimal performance
• Maintain consistent communication with drivers to ensure successful route completion
• Maintain detailed logging and tracking records
• Address issues that arise and communicate changes to drivers quickly
• Negotiate with carriers
• Generate and manage new business
• Able to thrive in a fast pace metric driven performance base job

Qualifications

• Time-management and organizational skills
• Highly adaptable to various situations and business needs
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Must be able to multitask on the phone and computer.
• Experience in the field is a definite plus
• Be able to sit for long periods of time while on the phone and computer.
• Preferred strong computer skills
• Self motivated and driven
• some phones sales experience preferred
