Estrella Dispatch Inc in Fort Myers, FL is looking for one night dispatch to join our 23 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Track daily shipments
• Handle high volume calls
• Assist carriers/customers over the phone/email
• Communicate updates/issues to team and customer
• Handle issues on individual loads as they arise
• Enter updates in our Transportation Management System

Requirements

• Able to stay focused and on task
• Must have open availability including weekends
• Proficient computer skills Including Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast pace, changing environment
• Able to work independently
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•  Basic math skills
• Shift 11pm - 8am 2nd shift
• Shift 3pm -12am 3rd shift
