Welcome to Florida Dental Implant Center, office of Drs. Ryan Holbrook and Nicole Swanson. We are a friendly and welcoming private fee for service general dentistry office with two full-time dentists and two full-time hygienists. We are searching for an office manager to join our wonderful team in Venice, FL. The candidate must be experienced in a dental office with day to day front desk duties as well as helping out with other important office responsibilities. The person we are looking for must be punctual, reliable, and willing to put in extra after hours work as needed to accommodate our patients and the practice. Dentrix practice management software experience is necessary. Excellent phone and interpersonal skills are important. We work with the Scheduling Institute model and adhere to their principles and practice with answering the phones. We have a great team and are looking for the right fit for our practice.

Some of the job duties will include answering phones, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments and filing insurance claims. More importantly, we are looking for someone that will create lasting relationships with the patients and our fellow team members. We want to give each and every patient an 5 star experience. Cross training in other areas will also be necessary so that we can all work together as a team whenever needed. We are looking for a full-time employee to work 4 days per week, 7:30am - 5:30 pm (typically 5:30 pending checking out the last patients and closing out the day but can be 6-7 pending the day and what needs to get done).
