Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office activities, following up on production, contacting clients and ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate production and shipping
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Support the team with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist in organizing office operations and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Experience in event planning or office management preferred
- Familiarity with data entry processes
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is advantageous
Hours:
This is an IN PERSON Monday-Friday position, starting at 7AM and ending at 4PM. If you require work hour flexibility, this is NOT a position to apply for. We cater to clients all over the world and need someone in the office during these hours.
