• Follow-up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain current knowledge of pricing, customer needs, and any concerns
• Utilize effective communication and follow-up techniques
• Cooperate effectively with other divisions to guarantee orders are delivered ahead of schedule
• Assist sales leads in achieving goals and accomplishments
• Keep customer accounts up-to-date by adding new information
