Position Purpose
This is a newly created position with Flex, and will focus on bringing in new business to the company by unlocking untapped growth markets. The incumbent is accountable for meeting/exceeding sales goals to grow Flex’s Consumer Driven Health Products (CDHP) and Compliance Services. Promote Flex’s products and services (FSA, HSA, HRA, Commuter, COBRA, etc.); build and foster new and existing broker and client relationships; and serve as a knowledgeable resource to insurance brokers and account managers. Relationship building is critical for this role. Our ideal candidate will be ready to jump into a fast-paced, high volume environment and is able to successfully develop and execute sales strategies and close deals. You are expected to come ‘batteries included’ with experience so that you can make meaningful impact to company growth targets and your own variable compensation in 2024 and beyond.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience. Specialized training in CDHP benefits field is preferred.
