Flex-Staff, Inc. is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Near Sheboygan, WI
- Conduct in-person interviews for Operations and provide candidates with information regarding compensation, benefits, and company culture to ensure the candidate is well-informed and has the best candidate experience.
- Track the status of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System and respond with follow-up letters/emails throughout the recruiting process.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Assistant with conducting third-party reference checks.
- Extend offers to potential new hires.
- Coordinate the orientation and onboarding of new employees.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Assistant with scheduling interviews and coordinate follow-up correspondence to all Operations job applicants as needed.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager in other recruitment initiatives.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager on all Affirmative Action Plan hiring goals and diversity initiatives involving recruitment, to ensure fairness in hiring practices.
Experience: Two to three years of recruitment experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience with high-volume recruitment is preferred
