SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER – CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the planning, execution and delivery of products that enables FlavorCloud to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You should be comfortable working with many different internal and external teams and have the ability to break down and solve complex problems. You should be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner and be comfortable working with in a fast-paced high-growth environment
Responsibilities:
- Be the product owner for all customer experiences related to the development, launch & measurement of FlavorCloud's product.
- Lead product discovery, partnering with a cross-functional team of designers, and engineers to understand customer needs and product opportunities
- Own and be accountable to the end-to-end success of your product or product area from strategy through execution.
- Drive the roadmap and prioritization of innovative and engaging products and features to benefit our customers and help them grow for their International shipping needs.
- Define key qualitative and quantitative metrics and use them to identify opportunities for innovation and measure the impact of product launches
- Remove friction for customers on their international Shipping journey with FlavorCloud.
- Keep abreast of key developments in the International shipping space and identify key differentiators that will keep FlavorCloud ahead of our competitors.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in product management roles at a SaaS company; ideally in the International logistics space.
- Strong technical background combined with ability to define and build products with a laser focus on the customer experience.
- Experience integrating with commerce platforms like Shopify, Big Commerce, Magento. is a huge plus.
- Master of communication, written & verbal - comfortable with a diverse group of people, from engineers and analysts to designers and marketers.
- Experience shipping products in a fast-moving environment with a high level of ambiguity.
- Execution focus - do what it takes to keep the team moving in the right direction
- Ability to effectively gather and prioritize customer requirements from disparate sources
- Working knowledge of International Shipping, Logistics and Trade compliance is a must.
- Experience at a start-up or small/mid-sized company is a huge plus
