Junior Marketing Associate responsibilities include ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity and industry leading quality. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with Adobe suite products, web design and analytics tools, be able to turn creative ideas into effective media, and tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing strategies.

Job Description:

• Develop creative media including online content, and brochures.
• Assist with the creation of a strategic marketing plan.
• Work with sales leaders on customized marketing approaches for clients.
• Be a productive member of our marketing team with responsibility for the quality and productivity of their work.
• Execute and improve current social networking program for target markets.
• Present market research and data to ensure company brand, products, and messaging are successfully communicated to customer base.

Skills Requirements:

• Proficient in using design software to produce marketing media focused on the targeted audience.
• Effective communication skills to connect with targeted audience through all forms of media.
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.
• Maximize reach using web analytics and SEO.
• The ability to assess and evaluate creative design as well as new product innovation and apply to our marketing materials.
• The ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
